All In One WP Security & Firewall on 2 wordpress sites under same domain

I have All In One WP Security & Firewall installed on a WordPress site installed in my root domain (public_html folder). I have installed another wordpress site in a sub-folder of the same domain, and wanted to know if I should intall All In One WP Security & Firewall again as part of the sub-folder install?
