List not updating

I am having the same problem. I complete the Mailchimp for WordPress Lite 2.1.5 form, the page redirects without any errors, but the information doesn’t make it to my MC list.

I deactivated Gravity Forms 1.8.16.3, WishList Member 2.80.2119, WooCommerce 2.2.6, and WooCommerce WishList Member Integration 2.1.5, but still nothing makes it to my MC list.

Even though I have deleted the test e-mail address from my MC list, could the fact that I had used the text e-mail address before cause a problem?

Thanks for taking the time to post and I’d be happy to help you both out however I can. It sounds like you might be using a different plugin from what we’re able to support here in this particular forum.

Our plugin is called “MailChimp List Subscribe Form” and we’re on version 1.4.2.

There does appear to be an “Mailchimp for WordPress” API plugin with both Lite and Pro versions where 2.1.5 is the current release: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/

I solved my problem by adding my own email. The user must confirm the subscription before they are added to the list!
