How to remove Front Page Content Boxes from blog section

Hello, If you go to WP Settings/Reading Settings, in “Front Page Displays”, check “a static page” and select your home page. Then leave the “posts page” at the default, “–select–” and it should work. I’ve been working with this theme for a few days now.

How do I increase the number of characters on Post title on an Post EXCEPRT in the home page? ?

Rightnow the post title is too short and truncated.
