WP-float fork how to

    WP-float seams to have been dumped by the original developer. I would realy love to see it continue, and get new functions. Because it’s a nice plugin and because I need the functionality that I would like to see.

    I how ever have very little coding experience.

    So I have the following questions:

    1. Can I just make a fork of the original WP-float code the owner has not answered any of my contacts.

    2. Is there a place where I can get help with my coding of the plugin to float widgets.
