Links to older blog posts aren't working

  • The links to older blog posts (page 2, page 3, next page, etc.) at the bottom of my homepage are not working. Clicking on any of these brings me to the same page, page 1.

    The blog I need help with is annabode.com.

    I don’t know anything about code, or editing code, so all the suggestions in the forums were unintelligible to me. If you have any suggestions, please talk to me like I’m a total novice–because I am!

  • Set your settings to display 10 blog posts, in the settings -> reading and tell me if it works.

    If you have to set that value someplace else for the amount of posts on the home page I can tell you that code-wise it’s not written properly and the author needs to fix it by setting the value in the pre_get_posts not just the loop.

    While I understand you don’t know anything about code or editing code this is something you would discuss with the theme author.

    Also since it’s a studiopress theme and not available on the repository, you pretty much have to talk to them.. since we can’t just open it up and look at it to help you..

    It was already set to that, unfortunately, so it still does not work.

    I’ll contact the theme author–thanks for the help!
