W3 Total Cache Not working with Revolution Slider

    I had to disable W3 Total Cache because it was interfering with other plugins I have such as
    WP Full Calendar
    ShareThis
    Photo Gallery 1.2.4
    Revolution Slider
    Newsletter 3.6.4

    I am not sure why but when I figure it out I will activate the plugin again.

    Hi Michael,

    Did you figure out what caused the revolution slider to disappear? (I have the same problem)?
