This theme and embedding code not working

Those embedded code should work fine with the theme.
Please verify that you don’t have any plugin with javascript issue.

I don’t believe they have Java…. Here is the survey monkey one.

I found a way to get around all of this…. the website here takes you step by step. Even though it is for their product, it has worked for everything else.
