Preview mode causes data to be lost

  • Not sure if this is an issue with “Vantage Theme”/Wordpress/”PageBuilder”, but when I preview changes, it seems to delete data from the widgets.

    Specifically, if I preview changes to a page, the content from the text widget becomes blank, causing me to lose all the text (does not delete widgets itselfs). However, if I update page it does not cause any data lost.

    Has anyone else experienced this problem?

    I am running latest versions of everything.

    This is something we were only recently able to replicate. As far as I can tell it only comes up when you’re using the default permalink structure, which is why we weren’t able to spot it in the past.

    We’ve fixed this issue in Page Builder 2, which we’re hoping to release in the next few weeks.

    I’m using Post Name Permalink Settings and its still happening.
