Problem with custom made checkbox

  • Hi,

    thank you so much for this amazing plugin!

    I have got a little problem. I duplicated my custom post type and now I want to uncheck custom made checkbox (not within taxonomy, data are stored as metedescription), which has been checked in original post. But when I update the post the checkbox is checked again.

    Any thoughts how I can fix this?

    There may be something not coded correctly with your custom field. If you un-check the checkbox in the original post (and save) does it stay un-checked?

    No, it doesn’t stay un-checked even in the original post. Sorry, I haven’t noticed that before. Do you have any idea what could be wrong?

    It sounds like an issue with the code that renders and/or saves that custom field. You should contact the author of the theme or plugin that the field is a part of and let them know of the issue.
