member signup and redirection to their specific profile

    i am novice for wordpress….so i wanted to create a page where members can register and then they should be able to login and directed to their specific page with their profile..for example their pic , name , dob , occupation etc….

    how can i do this ..if some one can help me appreciate a lot.
