Embedd video and make it link to URL

Hi guys.
I need my video on my website, to link to a different URL. This would mean that, once the visitor clicks the video, a new window opens in his browser with the URL I wanted him re-directed too, at the same time, the video starts playing etc.

Anyone who has a good plug-in/how-to method for this?

Any help would be greatly appericiated!
