Adjusting Text Size – Post title, tags, etc.

I have a few issues, and I am not sure how to resolve them.
No. 1 – Blog Post Title. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to reduce the size. Would prefer size 12.
No. 2 – The line of text directly the below the blog post title… I have all sorts of issues with that, but most importantly, I need it resized – and preferably not italicized. Would prefer size 10 or 8.
No. 3 – At the very bottom of the post, the categories and tags are listed. But, again, too large for my liking. I would prefer this to be size 8.
I think part of my issue is that in addition to having no CSS experience, I don’t even know what these parts of the post are called. As a result, Google searches have been unsuccessful.
I have successfully reduced the text size for the body of the post by adding a font size drop down feature to the post editor. But I can’t figure out the rest of it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
