Strange problem with bookers

can you check your settings under Events > Settings > Pages > other pages > My bookings page and Manage bookings page and make you did not set same page on both ?

The ‘My bookings’ page is linked to the page where they can see their bookings, but there’s no page set for ‘Manage bookings’. Should I set one?

Just to confirm the issue: The problem is that some names in the admin area don’t link to a profile page (for example, Van de Eecken Natascha in your screenshot)?

That’s correct! And those names cannot see their bookings.

are you using no-user booking mode under Events > Settings > Bookings > No-user booking mode ?if yes, it might why this is happening.

That’s correct, Angelo. Thank you, I deactivated the no-user booking mode.

First question: now I see ‘Unregistered user’ for those who didn’t register (see the screenshot). When I click them, I can’t see their name anymore, only ‘Unregistered user’. How do I resolve this?

Second question: there’s still no page set for ‘Manage bookings’. Should I set one?

no need or depending on your needs but ‘my bookings page’ is enough I think.

you can try to create new account for them and it should work.
