Submitted forms are not coming to my inbox.

hello, my site is https://techyuga.com/. I have been using contact form 7 for getting contact request from our visitors. But from last few days, i have been facing some problem as the submitted forms are not appearing in my inbox.

I have also checked the setting and set up the email address correctly. But it still doesn’t work.
