Redirect to another page after a pause

I am setting a cookie to be used when a user goes to a specific page. I understand the cookie needs to be set before the page is loaded. I want to put a page in between the Link button and the final page and create the cookie with the middle page theme.

Is there a plugin that will allow someone to go to a page, pause a few seconds and then forward to another page?
