Page 1 of 5 – Page Titles are Not Working for Yoast

I am using SEO By Yoast on all blogs. While SEO auditing, I found few of my category and tag pages have duplicate content issue.

I have used following in Titles & Metas – Yoast WordPress SEO setting: %%term_title%% %%page%%
%%term_title%% Archives %%sep%% %%page%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%
and also %%term_title%% Archives %%page%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%

What I want to do is, I want to show page numbers on category pages or tag pages. to avoid duplicate meta titles on those page. I want to show page numbers in meta titles.

e.g. For this page Android Guide it is showing the same meta titles and the same is showing all all pages.

Please do needful at earliest or suggest me best working method to fix it. If this is bug, i would suggest plugin owner to fix it.
