buttons are not displayed

    Delete browser cache, go to the plugin’s settings page and save again, try different browser.

    If none of these helps, you may be behind a caching proxy server (usually added by your ISP). Just wait few hours/a day and try again.

    I have the same issues, followed the steps you recommended and this didn’t fix it. My WP install is on my local server and not hosted remotely.
