Can't access to subscribers lists on Mailchimp plugin by Crowd Favorite

  • I tried to setup the plugin on a wordpress installation that wasn’t setup by me.

    I could login to my client’s Mailchimp account but I can’t see theirs subscribers lists.
    The error message is “Uh-oh, you don’t have any lists defined!”

    I tried on Chrome, Firefox
    The Mailchimp plugin version is 1.4.2

    I tried with a clean WordPress 3.9.2 install and it worked. I could access the subscribers lists
    What I saw with my clean install, though, is that the Mailchimp plugin is already installed with WordPress.

    Is there a log where I can see what went wrong?
    Anybody has an idea what’s the problem
