Can't access Dashboard & Style sheet missing?

I just did a fresh install of WordPress and deleted then restored my SQL databases from backup.

First: I can’t access my Dashboard, I get URL not found. https://ctabequestrian.net/wordpress/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ctabequestrian.net%2FWordpress%2Fwp-admin%2Findex.php&reauth=1

Second, all this started when I tried to remove the /Wordpress from the end of my website. Now the content is there but they style sheet or SOMETHING is missing! I followed the Codex. Changing Site URL AND the one that tells you how to move WP. NO LUCK!
