Sign Up link on Requires Membership message

The Sign Up link on the Requires Membership message (which shows on a restricted page) is not updating to the revised permalink for the selected [pmpro_levels] page – it still sends users to the original link.

NEW: https://www.mywebsite.com/membership/pricing-levelsAll other instances of the new permalink seem to be working properly.
