Restrict file type

Hello,
it’s really hard to find a suitable plugin for my little needs.
I just need an upload option to admin panel (or media, I don’t care any more where uploaded files live)for .rar and .zip files. How can I restrict file types so people can just upload these two formats, any options?Cheers
