Static Landing Page Items Not

I’ve been working on a site:

I have a static landing page that was working perfectly and suddenly stopped showing content. It seems to only happen to pages that I designate as the Landing Page as they display perfectly otherwise.

Example: https://millard.utahgovernmentsurplus.com/home-3/
This is a duplicate of the landing page as it should display.

I’ve been troubleshooting for the past 7 days and can’t figure it out. Has anyone had this problem or know a solution?
