Why can't see a shortcode button on events manager plugin

    Where are you getting the button code from? Is it part of your theme or another plugin?

    Hi,

    The shortcode is part of my theme, but it is working perfectly on other pages. It is not working when I try to put it on the format of the list of events.

    I think the problem is the theme isn’t parsing the content of that box. You’ll need to contact the theme developer to see if there’s a workaround.
