Show client : loader runs indefinitely

Hi,

My client has a problem with tidio chat :
– when he launches the dashboard to see the people who were on his web site, the loader runs indefinitely on his 2 computers and the page never loads. (https://external.tidiochat.com/panel?afterExternalAccessAuth=1#!content-visitors). The other page are OK.
– When I do the same, I have no problem.

We test it on each browser, he has the same problem. I verifyed the Chrome version, I have the same as him.

So you have an idea of the problem.
