Order error and no email (admin/customers)

hi there,
a few days ago I have migrated my ecommerce to another hosting, now i think there is something that doesn’t work.
So i made some test ….
Order: before open the shop to customer i’d like to make some test … and now i saw that if i make a new order, and i check it in the admin orders i saw the same order number, but the products are different…. so no new order created … ??

second i don’t receive the admin and customer email …

what’s happen guys???

i have wp 3.9.2, jigoshop 1.12.3 all plugin has latest update … but nothing ..
it’s incredible ….. ??
