• Hello,

I′m a wordpress newbie. I uploaded an image in retina size (140×140), so that the original size for the image is 70×70. The plugin generated additionally an image with the name image-70×70.png and an image image-70×[email protected].

So how can i choose the generated image image-70×70.png from the media library??? There is the uploaded image with the size 140×140 only and the generated images are not visible in the media library.

I can only choose this image and when I used this for the featured image in posts, the result is the following:

    <img width=”140″ height=”140″ alt=”image-140×140″ class=”attachment-post-thumbnail wp-post-image” src=”<path>image-140×140.png”>

    Can anybody help me please!

Mmm, you should learn about media sizes, I don’t think your issue directly relates to Retina right now. It is better to have a perfect understanding of how the media sizes are working and how they are inserted into your posts or featured images first. It will be difficult to help you here because we would have to explain you WordPress from the beginning. You should ask a close friend to spend time with you on this.
