Can't Use On Mobile Devices

  • I’m very disappointed with the software since I discovered it is impossible to close popups on my Nokia Lumia by tapping the x especially since half my traffic is from mobile devices. I have had to deactivate Icegram and the Icegram addons I bought.

    Please let me know when you have a fix for this bug.

    We have checked this issue and it is not reproducing.

    Can you please access our demo and check if issue is still exists?

    If it is there then try to access it from different device.

    If it is still not helping give us the admin credentials of your installation.

    We will look into it and fix it.
