Woocommerce or my fault?

I have been altering the colors throughout my theme and not touching any critical operations as far as i know. i have gotten my site looking the way i want it and now is time to get the ecommerce stuff up and running but there is now a problem, here is my situation. Once i had my theme looking the way i want… it all of the sudden now in pages “my account” and “checkout” i am seeing errors. Checkout only says [shoppingcart] and in my account page it says [userlog]. any idea what i could have done wrong?
