Jetpack plugin

  • Hi !

    I am new to WordPress, and finding it really hard to use.
    I am trying to install the jetpack plug in and I am watching a tutorial that says to click on network settings. I don’t have this option in my tool bar and I don’t have the add plug in option in my tool bar either.

    I have tried adding :

    1 /* Multisite */
    2 define( ‘WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE’, true );

    into my customize page and I cant see any changes.
