Creating worpress post templates

I am new to managing the content of a wordpress site. Every day the site that I manage posts a new post on various topic. For each day the posts have the same layout, except the images and text content change. For example we have a mobile monday post. Is there anyway that I can create a template to where I can upload 3 images and some text and the page will be created. Currently we are simply copying and pasting from text files into the new posts.
