Import additional fields

I accidentally imported all users into my website and I neglected to import 1 field with the user. How should Import this additional field of information with my users?

Plugin is not prepare to update users, so you should delete them and re-import.

If you want to make the plugin able to update users, tell me and we give you a quote.

In addition, this field is the company field within the shipping/billing info of a profile. What should I title my column for importing?

You have to look for it in the plugin/theme who generate the profile. Our plugin only update in a metadata, the plugin doesn’t know how it works the rest of plugins and the theme.

If you don’t know how to do it, but with some cost for our work.
