Has this been translated into Spanish?

I basically ported https://en.wordpress.com/tos/ and https://automattic.com/privacy/
It’s not a direct port, but I did my best to remove things specific to that company.

Based on your request, I did find https://es.wordpress.com/tos/ (Spanish language), but I don’t know how many other languages there are besides Spanish, and I wouldn’t know how to edit the document to allow this plugin to add an option for selecting displaying in Spanish instead.

Additionally, I don’t know if there’s a Spanish version of https://automattic.com/privacy/

In fact, the Spanish version of the TOS isn’t even available at the Github version of these pages: https://github.com/Automattic/legalmattic
However, I did raise the issue at https://github.com/Automattic/legalmattic/issues/6

Finally, although I’m not an attorney, I’ve heard legal documents should be in the language of the applicable jurisdiction. As such, since these documents pretty much apply only to U.S., which speaks English, I don’t know if Spanish version would even be ideal. (Although I acknowledge it’d be more convenient for users to read in Spanish.)

Getting these translated into Spanish is going to cost us about $350, so I am still checking. Thank you for your help. If you find anything else, I’d appreciate it.

Thanks. So that’s the WordPress Terms of Service? I’m not sure what that has to do with Auto Terms of Service and Privacy Policy?

That’s what this plugin’s terms are based on. Once their Spanish version is published, you likely won’t need to spend the money, only alter what they have.
