New User Registration Fails with Version 2.2.7 and 2.2.8 Both

After upgrading to Version 2.2.7 and then 2.2.8, New User Registration Failed for Both, So, I started to use Version 2.2.6 again and now “New User Registration” via “My Account” is normal.
So, please check this BUG and inform when it becomes normal so that I could upgrade to latest version.
