Shortcodes in theme via PHP

I am trying to display shortcodes in my theme using the do_shortcode function. Example: <?php do_shortcode( “[P_REVIEW post_id=3989 visual=’yes’]” ); ?>

I am using the Pro version, and shortcodes are working when placed in the content area.
