How to Display Share Buttons on Homepage Blog loop

    This is my website: https://visalusblog.com/

    As you can see, the homepage has a blog format. Also incorrectly, each post has the same social counts. If you were to go to a post individual page, you will see it has the correct count. I entered this code into the foreach loop on my homepage:

    <?php echo do_shortcode (‘[shareaholic app=”share_buttons” id=”6834076″]’); ?>

    But I’m just getting the same count buttons repeated. The count buttons don’t reflect the counts for each individual page. Please advise.

    Can you give me an estimate of when this issue is going to be fixed? Are we talking days or weeks?

    Hi @tsmulugeta,

    Great question! It should be sometime this week or sooner. It looks like the issue is effecting only the index pages (homepage). If you would like, you can disable the Index share buttons from appearing. Your readers can still click on the link of the post with the share buttons (displaying the accurate share counts). This is just a temporary solution until we deploy the fix.

    Hi updated the plugin but the problem with the Homepage still persists. Do I need to make a change to the code for the effects to show up?

    Thanks for the follow-up! We deployed an update today that should resolve the issue. Can you do me a favor and update to 7.6.0.4.? Once you’ve done this, you may need to clear your browser’s cache. Make sure to refresh your page and let me know what you get!
