Navigation Menu….in top navigation?

Hi there!
I’m a little lost—is there a way to make this appear as the top navigation, rather than as a sidebar? I am trying to find a way to have different Navigation Menus depending on what pages you’re on and was thinking this might be the way.Thanks!
