Assign featured image from Video Thumbnail

Hello,
I have used succesfully the Video Thumbnails plugin to autogenerate the thumbnails but the problem is that I cannot automatically asign them as featured images.
How can I do that? I have activated that option in the settings, but it didn’t happen anything
