    Hi

    I updated to the latest version of wooCommerce. However i am unable to add new item during adding of orders manually.

    WooCommerce is unable to search for the product item when i clicked add line > add products. The item does not appear for me to select.

    I am using WordPress 4.0 running Flatsome Child Theme theme. How can i fix this issue?

    It looks like the parent theme is version 1.9.6, so consider updating to the latest version 2.0.5. The later versions contain several bug fixes, hopefully one will be relevant. Updating can bring its own problems, so take a backup first.

    If it still doesn’t work, the next thing would be to deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. If the problem goes away, reactivate plugins one-by-one to try to identify the one that is causing the problem.

    Thank you for your swift respond. Do you mean updating to the latest theme (UX flatsome child theme)? How can I update theme? Could you guide me on that? I have the latest version .zip files but unsure how to update.

    I am suggesting updating the parent theme. Updating varies a bit depending on the theme. Logon to the vendor’s site and download the .zip for the latest version. Go to Admin page > Appearance > Themes, look for the Flatsome theme (ie the parent), click “Theme Details” and look for an update link. This link will be looking for the .zip you downloaded.
