How Can I Show A Blog Post on Front Page With Full Text?

  • Hi, I am new in WP. I am using WP 4.0. On my site there are 6 blog posts. Now I want to show just 1 post on home page with full text. How can I do so? I already spent plenty of hours by finding the solution through internet. But nothing really working for me. I am using Twenty Fourteen.

    Hi,

    You may use Custom Post Limits plugin.

    Install it and Activate.

    Open Settings ->Set limit 1 if you want to display single post.

    Save Changes and check the output.
