ithemes security conflict with suffusion theme

Hello,

has anyone seen this in the past?

I’m using the suffusion theme in one of my blogs (manolisathanasiadis.gr) where I’ve also installed the ithemes security plugin. Whenever I access the site while logged in I see the customized suffusion theme. Whenever I access it as a normal, non-logged in visitor I see significant changes from the customizations I’ve applied to the plugin.

If I deactivate the ithemes plugin the theme behaves again.

Anyone seen that before and/or knows how to address it?
