Edit Listing button returns blank page

Hello all,
I have recently installed the latest version of Business Directory Plugin. I have imported a large number of listing entries and have set up registered users for some of these. When I log into one of the user accounts and attempt to use the “Edit” button to edit an entry, I am presented with a blank page with no data on it at all and no errors on the server or on the page itself.
I have version 3.5.2 of the plugin, using a child theme of TwentyFourteen, and running WordPress 4.0
I have attempted this using one of the default templates with the same results and I have also attempted to reset the Permalinks to the default and get the same results each time.
I have also tried to set the users as something other than Subscriber and no luck.
Any advice?
