Please help with tags/descriptions

  • I’ve been trying to figure out why my title/ meta description wont change in the google search results. I’ve changed the settings (dashboard> settings> general, then changed the site title and tagline) and nothing has changed. When you search for my website (www.tbgmedia.org) it still shows up as “A wordpress site/ Just another wordpress site” then “Hello world etc etc etc” as the meta description. I’ve also installed the Yoast SEO plugin, changed the title/description but nothing will change. Please help! https://www.tbgmedia.org/

    It will take some time to get updated. I guess 1 to 3 weeks. I am not sure

    Okay I’m getting pretty close to the two week mark. We will have to see. Is there any sources that make title/description easy to understand?
