How to remove Comments number and date from the top of page?

  • Hi,
    Got someone to change few things on my website. A guy did some work and some didn’t finish.
    Number of comments and the date of the post that are shown just under the title of the page is horrible. The initial idea of this information was much nicer compared to the outcome.
    I would like remove the note “Комментариев(0), 14 Октябрь 2014” under the title altogether, but I don’t know how.

    Don’t be scared by fanny characted – all it says is “Comments (1), 14 October 2014”.
    Please help me to find how to remove this note. Any ideas?
