    Sounds like your saying your menu is displaying over the modal and overlay?

    If so that means your themes header likely has an improperly set z-index.

    Our overlay and modal are set to 998 and 999, and themes typically should never go over 100. Check your themes css and you will likely find a z-index over 998, try adjust it lower than that.
