Slideshow Video can't be viewed from my device!

  • I have a Qode Slider feature on my site. I used a video instead of an image for the background. It doesn’t show on any of my browsers on my device but can’t be seen on other devices. I reset my browsers to default setting and I still have the same issue. All I see is a black area with a pulsing circle in the middle.

    my laptop. i dont know if im missing a plugin or something. I’m so confused

    Make sure you have flash and quicktime installed. Then it should work. If it’s not working on your laptop, but it is working on other devices then it’s most likely a problem with your laptop and not your site
