Next Gen Gallery – Internet Explorer

    Hi,

    I have recently handed a website over to a client which uses this plug in. It works perfectly from my end, but when she tries to use the NextGen button on the post type, it opens up the pop up window, but it never loads – it only remains white.

    She is using Internet Explorer – has cookies enabled, up to date java and flash is working. Any ideas?

    @seahorsecreative – Could you please have your client disable any IE extensions they may be running and check again? You’ll also want to verify that they aren’t using Quirks mode or anything like that. You may want to additionally have them test with plugins deactivated, just to rule out any 3rd party interference.
