Date and name based permalinks brokes my theme

Hi,

I could not find a solution for this problem. when I use the default permalinks structure, everything works well, but when I want to change the structure of my permalinks to date and name based, my theme (Tiga 06) is destroyed (I am going to leave the error, so if you want to see what happens, can do it). Also… you ′ll see that all my previous entries only redirect to the last one post

Which can be the problem/s?

Please help!! i ′ve been fighting with this problems since a couple of weeks!!
