Affiliates and incentives

Okay – I’m thinking of using Paid Memberships Pro and one of the features I would like to integrate is an incentive program for my members.
I don’t want to pay them in money. Instead, this would be like a personal fundraising effort for them to collect points to redeem for tickets for events that we have throughout the year or for branded merchandise like t-shirts and other gifts. Sort of like a corporate incentive program. Earn points, get stuff.
I would also like to be able to manually add points for special circumstances.
I don’t want to do coding. Php and I do not get along. We are like the Hatfields and the McCoys, nothing ever gets resolved when I try to make peace with Php.
Is there a specific plugin that integrates well with Paid Memberships Pro, that can help me accomplish this? Or a brilliant developer out there?
