embed clickable number in chatbox

this is the best free plugin ever i seen in wp,i am customizing this plugin little bit more,and i think it will be great pleasure if i can embed a call button in chatbox like href=”callto:+123457890″>+1234567890 so when a user click on chatbox it will show “chat us now or call +1234567890” in a small tab.
may be this possible? can somebody tell me how can i do this? i am waiting for answer.
