    Hi there, the plugin seems to be working nicely, but my WP debug has a problem:

    [15-Nov-2014 01:38:40 UTC] PHP Warning: session_start() [<a href='function.session-start'>function.session-start</a>]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/content/70/10038470/html/freelyreceive/wp-content/plugins/math-quiz/math-quiz.php:239) in /home/content/70/10038470/html/freelyreceive/wp-content/plugins/math-quiz/math-quiz.php on line 135

    I’ve uploaded a screenshot of my plugin settings. WP install is at the root of this URI,

    Hi there, this screenshot shows what I get on both picture and text settings. The installation host is GoDaddy, who have taken some steps to prevent WP writing above the root. Does your plugin try to do this?

    The problem isn’t about disk permission.
    It’s because math-quiz sends HTTP header prior to others.

    Have you tried the development version? It may solve your problem.
